Chef in Taos, New Mexico

I'm a professionally trained chef with a background and passion in pastry. I bring a deepened understanding of food science because of my early baking foundations. I've spent the last few years as Kitchen Manager and Chef at a high end spiritual retreat center in New York focused on creating vegetarian/vegan meals using locally sourced ingredients for groups anywhere from 5 to 80 guests. Growing up in New Mexico has inspired a lot of my cooking and baking style. I believe in balance and sustainability when it comes to creating a meal and curating a dining experience. I love to experiment with fusions and am always coming up with new ways to revamp classic dishes. Food is an amazing way to connect with friends, family, our communities and even our spirituality.
