Chef in Victoria, British Columbia

I am a highly skilled and qualified chef from New Zealand. My career spans more than a decade of working in some of the best resorts, restaurants and hotels in Australia and New Zealand. I have worked in catering, fine dining, onboard ships, and in remote environments. I have extensive baking experience for breads, pastry, seafood, meat, butchery in both European and Asian styles. I am looking for part time work in Victoria to support my primary profession which is as a photographer specializing in Food, Hospitality and Portraiture. I seek to fit 3 shifts/10-15 Hours per week of extra work into my schedule. This could be private cheffing for a family, meal planning/prepping, party catering, recipe development, expedition/yacht chef. Have vehicle, valid food safe level 1, Permanent Resident.
