I'm Jessica and I'm a chef based in Durham, North Carolina. I am a recent graduate from the Culinary Arts program at Institute of Culinary Education in NYC. I worked in a Japanese casual fine dining restaurant after completion of culinary school and before moving back to NC. I am passionate about making delicious and nutritrionally balanced food. I have experience in making Asian, French, American cuisine and am willing to test out new recipes based on your preferences.
