I'm Joshua, a talented chef based in Scottsdale, Arizona. With 30 years of experience, I can make any home event your favorite menu of the year. After a 25 year career in restaurants, including 15 years ownership, I have spent the last 5 years cooking for families in their homes. I can serve family style, buffet, and anything in between, however my best abilities lie in being able to do a multi-course tasting menu for your special occasion. I operate with a $1000 minimum during the week, and Fri-Sun and holidays, a $1500 minimum. Weekdays there may be a little wiggle room, so don't be afraid to ask if you are close, especially during the summer. I have also passed the first 2 levels of the sommelier exam, and can make excellent wine pairing recommendations. I can also provide the following on a "quote" basis: -group cooking classes -group demo's plus dinner -app/hor's douves parties -wine tasting classes -lunch drop off for the office -hire me for vacation/daily rate in and out of town
