I am a young chef from Southwest Michigan. I studied culinary arts in high school and moved to Grand Rapids, Mi to hone my craft and gain experience. In my short time as a cook I have opened two successful restaurants as Sous Chef and have held chef and line posistions across the Midwest. I offer a wide range of managerial and culinary expertise. Recipe/menu development, food costing, farm to table cuisine, scheduling, inventory/ordering etc. I am constantly looking to learn and grow with every opportunity.
