Chef Cushman has been instructing people for over twenty years of all ages and levels of proficiency in the kitchen. Private in home classes are offered for groups from two to twenty. An initial consultation is set up via email or phone and we chose a menu to suit your taste and desire of learning. Menus from all over the globe are available such as Indian, Tuscan, Thai and Moroccan to name a few. We cook for an average of two hours making five complete dishes and then you can enjoy the meal with friends and family or put it away to eat when you want. All classes are in your home with use of standard equipment, pots, utensils. Any kitchen can work from a NYC studio to a large open space with an island.
