As a chef, you will be expected to develop a unique menu that is personalized for each group, as well as manage the purchasing and preparation of the ingredients for each meal. You should be able to demonstrate a knowledge of different cuisines and cooking styles, and have experience in managing a kitchen. A creative flair and attention to detail is a must! You should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with clients throughout the meal preparation process.
