Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Adherence to highest food safety and sanitation standards. Preparation of nutritious, appetizing, and attractive meals per Brightwater menus/recipes. Preparation of special diets and diet textures. Recruitment and supervision of Dining Services staff Management of all kitchen operations.
