And my success in this competitive field has been quite exciting. Recently though, due to an old back injury, I am now semi-retired and have moved back to Maine to keep my dream alive by offering my services as a Personal Chef. My passion to create incredible food is only surpassed by the satisfaction of seeing my client’s faces light up as they taste and visually enjoy my fare with their guests. The ritual of dining is one of the most social outlets in our lives. My services are: In-home Personal Chef experience: I will help you plan your party, personally shop for and prepare your meal, and then leave your home spotless before I leave. I am well versed in multiple cuisine influences and can accommodate any health restrictions. The fine art of presentation is my forte as I have also spent decades as a food stylist. In-home Cooking Instruction: This format can be done one-on-one with hands-on guidance, or an eventfu evening with a small group, such as a gathering of friends or a few couples interested in expanding their culinary repertoire. Wedding design, special events and intimate gatherings are just a few of the possibilities, all at an extremely cost-effective price to you.
