Chef in New York, New York

I'm 24 years old .For the last 8 years I have worked in many restuarants and have learned many things. Im mostly looking to teach people how to cook when i have free time. Currently I am a kitchen manager in a vegan restuarant. I am willing to take part time gigs depending on the rate. I have excellent knife skills and will do anything to rise to the top and get the job done.
