Responsibilities
-Assist Weekly inventory/Ordering
-Keeping a clean/ Safe kitchen
-Organizing coolers and rotating foods
- Assist Maintaining Prep and par's
-Maintaining the highest quality and preparation of entrees
- Assist Heavy Saute and broiler
- Assist Training new kitchen staff
-Works close with front of house for a smooth dinner service
-Works well with others and can get it done
-Potential for advancement growth
Uniform provided / Average Weeks Vacation after a year
Tuesday - Saturday @ 3pm till close
Candidate would/could assist and be compensated in revenue building
