It has a separate restaurant, bar and mezzanine, and it is capable of accommodating groups large or small. The cuisine is an inspired and appetizing mix of barbeque and rotisserie classics with exceptional pizzas made from scratch and rotisserie options such as our chicken and ribs. Business address: 4355 Blackcomb Way, Whistler, BC, V0N 1B4 Work Location: same as above Type of Employment: Full time - Permanent Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description: • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods • Prepare and cook special meals for clients as instructed by chef • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances • Inspect kitchens and food service areas • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers • Clean kitchen and work areas • Organize and manage buffets and banquets Requirements: - Education: Completion of high school is required - Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a cook is required. In the event that the candidate does not have 2 years of experience then a post-secondary certificate is required. Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 hourly, 30 to 40 Hours per week.
