C H E F P I N K A K A C R Y S T A L D E L O N G P R É Born and raised in Santa Barbara, California, Chef Pink is a 20 year food and restaurant industry veteran. She’s worked with California Chefs and Restaurants stretching from Los Angeles to San Francisco, as well as in New York and Paris kitchens. Growing up with a commercial diver father who fished sea urchin and abalone and a mother who worked as a server and bartender in local eateries, she was submerged in a food environment as a child. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Pink helmed Santa Barbara eateries for many years before making a move to the Santa Ynez Valley to open two of her own restaurants, Bacon & Brine. During her time in the Santa Ynez Valley, she learned how to farm and ranch all of her own animals for her two restaurants. In recent years, Chef Pink’s dedication to her food mission and her craft garnered her spots on Spike TV Network’s “Bar Rescue”, Food Network’s “Cutthroat Kitchen” and “Supermarket Stakeout” and FYI Network’s “Man vs. Child” She was also one of three female chef subjects profiled on LOGO Network’s Documentary “Hungry.”
