After over 3 decades in the high end culinary industry, I’ve returned to the Oregon Coast. I’m interested in a position with a Restaurant/Resort that will be the last place I work! I was with my last Resort/Casino in North Idaho for nearly 19 years. This is my home and I began my careers in food service here in Newport in 1982 at the Agate Beach Hilton then moved to the Embarcadero until 1989 when I moved to Idaho.
