Chef in Chicago, Illinois

Hello I’m 26 years old. Originally from Ann Arbor Michigan, and moved to Chicago to grow as a chef in the food scene. For a little backround about myself; I started cooking at the age of 16 in a local burger bar learning basics as to cooking a standard cheeseburger to holding a Chef knife.
