A previous owner and executive chef for two restaurants. In Boulder, I led the culinary operations for a casual fine dining establishment that featured an international menu. The second, located in Santa Barbara, Ca. was a casual quick paced restaurant that served Northern New Mexican cuisine. I have also been a caterer, preparing and serving a wide variety of styles and cuisines for a variety of venues, sizes, and events. I am a former employee of Whole Foods where I was a member of their culinary leadership team overseeing one of the largest Prepared Foods teams in the company with daily sales in the $30.,000 range. I have created many items and menus to be adaptive to special dietary concerns including: gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and allergen free. I have degrees from the University of Colorado and the Scottsdale Culinary Institute. I currently hold certifications from Serve Safe and T.I.P.S.
