My name is Todd Lettman, a seasoned Executive Chef that has a very diverse culinary background.
I spent the first 15 years of my career in high end hotels and resorts, 10 years in healthcare food as a Regional Executive Chef and a Director of Food and Nutrition and now back to hotels and resorts... Oh yes, I also owned a BBQ out in Marble Falls for a couple of years.
All that said, I'm here looking for someone, a family, a business, that I may be able to assist with their cooking needs a couple times per week.
