Our experience with Brian as a personal chef while on our family vacation was one I’ll never forget. Not only was the meal amazing, Brian was truly a pleasure to interact with. He was kind, professional, funny and a great storyteller. My younger kids peppered him with questions as he worked and I could tell it didn’t bother him in the slightest. In fact, I secretly think he loved it. The whole experience far exceeded my expectations and I’m certain it was because of Brian. From appetizers to entree to dessert, this man knows how to provide a fabulous meal and even better memories. THANK YOU BRIAN!!

Chef Brian was amazing. We are a goofy bunch and he kept up with us, cooking some amazing dishes. Since a few of our family members are vegetarian, Brian prepared all plant based cuisine for us and it was quite the hit. He had Mac and cheese at the ready for the 2 little children and really created a great atmosphere while preparing dinner. Fantastic presentation and taste, hope we get to dine with chef Brian in the kitchen again!

Brian is a phenomenal chef as well as being super personable. We had Brian cook twice for 6 adults and 2 children and everyone loved everything! With 2 vegetarians in the group and the 2 children, he was amazingly flexible. Anyone who gets the chance to experience Brian's cooking should jump at the opportunity!
