I am very reliable culinary school(baking and pastry) student with the urge and passion to do something spectacular. I started my career as a pastry chef and have also worked as a pastry cook and line cooking. I have experience in both small and large scale settings.  I'm a person that feels no experience, can be a bad experience and there is always room to learn. I face a challenge and I work the hardest I can to accomplish everything I put my mind to. I've been in charge and I've also been at the bottom and worked my way up.  Everything I do, I put my heart into. I love to be creative. If I were hired, I know I would succeed and I also know I would make clientele happy. The customer is number one and when I get a compliment on my pastries and food, that is when I feel the most accomplished.
