Chef Job in Seaside, Oregon

I was thinking to either have someone cook hot food there on the beach. I’m open to ideas and suggestions. Here’s what I’m thinking... dinner on the beach maybe around 7 PM with champagne or wine to start. Some sort of appetizer and or salad, main course and then dessert. wine pairing throughout the dinner? Maybe we show up to a fire on the beach or you build a fire midway? Music playing? Small table and two chairs would be ideal but if we need to do picnic style I am open to that. Let me know your thoughts, ideas. Would love to make it special for my wife.
