Chef Job in Winchester, Virginia

Hi There, I am planning the logistics for four retreats in Gore, VA, this year and I'm looking for a private chef/caterer to cook the meals for staff and participants. Here are the dates for the retreats: #1: Friday, April 17 to Saturday, April 25 for 24 guests (approx 3 meals a day) #2: Friday, May 1 to Saturday, May 9 for 16 guests (approx 3 meals a day) #3: Tuesday, July 28 to Sunday, August 2 for 24 guests (approx 3 meals per day) #4: Wednesday, August 5 to Monday, August 10 for 16 guests (approx 3 meals per day) The site (http://....org/) has a large kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 stoves, ample counter space and the guests wash their own meal dishes/silverware using the dishwasher. The menus can be simple but healthy. We tend to have lots of gluten-free and non-dairy folks. And our guests tend to have big appetites! An ideal breakfast would be scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, an assortment of bread for toast, yoghurt and granola, fresh fruit. An ideal lunch would be a large build your own salad bar with lots of veggies and protein, hardboiled eggs and some type of carb. An ideal dinner would be roasted chicken thighs, sauteed veggies, rice and a huge salad. Snacks would be nut butters and whole fruit, dried fruit, nuts and popcorn.
