Hello, My name is Anthony and I love cooking! A majority of the meals I enjoy preparing are focused around Italian and Mediterranean flavors. However, I also like to explore new recipes and cuisines. The possibilities are endless! Some examples of the meals I have recently prepared include: Semolina Crusted Calamari, Skate Wing with Chanterelle Mushrooms, Homemade Fettucine with Pesto and Seared Scallops, Swiss Chard and Italian Sausage Soup and Spaghetti and Meatballs from scratch. Thinly shaved roast beef with caramelized onions and melted provolone on a toasted bun with sweet potato fries, Herb Roasted Chicken Breast over Trottole with a Broccoli and Smoked Gouda Sauce, Swordfish Steak on a bed of arugula and couscous with an artichoke mousse. I also do desserts such as blackberry bread pudding and raspberry and white chocolate tarts. Many would say that I have an outstanding work ethic and great interpersonal skills.
