I have completed a 4-year cooking apprenticeship in Australia at The Regency Institute of TAFE gaining a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery. I have also gained my Red Seal Certification for cooking in Canada. As you can see, I have extensive work experience in the culinary field working in varied types of restaurants in Australia, England and Canada, the retail sector and service industries.
