I grew up cooking with my grandmother, the late Chef Phila, Hach, who had a fascinating career as one of the culinary pioneers in the South. I believe in the philosophy of cooking everything from scratch and farm-to-table. I'm the executive chef at Hachland Hill. Before that role, I studied bread & pastry in NYC for a stint under notable chefs.
