Chef in Greenwich, Connecticut

I am an alumni of the Culinary Institute of America and my background consists of being a private chef for a high profile family, running a cooking school where I taught over 500 classes, being the chef at largest data center in the world for Google in Austell, Georgia. I ran a western style fine dining kitchen at P.S. Cafe in Singapore, cooked at the White Barn Inn, a Mobil Five Star Five Diamond, Relais Chateaux property in Kennebunkport, Maine. I worked at a farm to table restaurant called Another Fork In the Road in the heart of the Hudson Valley in Milan, NY and have traveled extensively throughout South East Asia and Spain.
