I have spent much of my adult-life in restaurant workforce, starting bottom-up from a dishwasher and leading up to Chef de Cuisine. My knowledge of the behind the scenes; ordering, prepping, and managing is vast. Having 14yrs. Under my belt I have seen and learned so much and am still continuing to learn something new every day. I have recently relocated myself and family to the surrounding area (Tricities, WA), COVID-19 has put some financial strain on us, yet I stay positive and am ready again to adapt to this change and make it a positive for my family and myself.
