Chef in Austin, Texas

I currently work as a manager for a Salad Restaurant, but have helped open Coopers BBQ in downtown Austin as a Cook, and have opened the current restaurant that I am with as a manager. I have my Associates degree from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts. I have been doing catering since Feb 2007, and have been doing my own bbq catering since 2015. I love to cook, and enjoy cooking for others. When it comes to catering and delivering delicious food, I cook as if I was cooking for my grandmother's.
