Over the course of my career, I’ve developed a skill set directly relevant to the Front and back of the House Manager, including customer satisfaction, complaint resolution, oversee staff more than 70 employees, teamwork, and multitasking abilities in every aspect of my restaurant manager career. I always come into work with a positive attitude, where I try to transmit towards my team in order to have a smooth day. My leadership style is to always be a good team player while working with the employees to create a positive and energetic working atmosphere. My experience from working around people in both, front and back of the house, has made me an excellent coach, where I had been able to train employees to develop strengths on customer service satisfaction which is vital for the business.
