Chef Job in New Orleans, Louisiana

Hello! I am the Owner of The Crepe Place Café in the Bywater of New Orleans. We have a huge, beautiful space at 941 Poland Ave. that we only use for breakfast and lunch. People just don't think of Crepes as a dinner food. It's such a waste of space to be closed every evening, I would like to offer the space to a popup chef, or someone interested in creating their own dinner service using our space. Ideally I would like a chef to come in after we close and run everything themselves, and clean up themselves, handle their own books themselves. We could basically turn it into a different restaurant at night. We are zoned to be able to get a liquor license as well, which we don't have right now. For someone who has their own equipment and staff, I would offer the space totally over to your hands to make your own sales, which I would only ask a small percentage of. To emerging chefs who need more assistance then that, we could talk about a different situation. I am open to all ideas. email- [email protected]
