I come with a 16 year international career in various catering disciplines. Classically French trained in Lyon, France, I pursued a professional passion in cuisine until becoming the Executive Chef at a leading London restaurant. Then on moving to the US I have been working as a cuisine consultant; sorting staffing and produce procurement, menu development, and private banqueting events.
