We are in a brand new 26,000 sf estate home in southwest ranches that contains a private chefs kitchen. We are a family of five (plus staff) looking for a full time chef Monday through Friday preparing lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and prepared breakfast foods, including regular entertainment of guests, including both private and professional functions as well as holidays throughout the calendar year. We are interested in someone who understands culinary nutrition, a kosher home. The successful candidate will care about food sourcing and value farm to table ingredients and the means by which they nourish the body. The property has its own 900 square foot garden in addition to multiple fruit trees on property. Principals are active in the tennis community and follow a diet based upon their desire to be active. Successful chef is responsible for preparing lunch for the estate staff, sourcing quality ingredients, providing plated lunch and dinner, developing menus in accordance with dietary preferences, menu selections for events.
