Hello! I would love someone to help me cook kid friendly meals that are inline with the specific carbohydrate diet/paleo diet. I found some recipes online and can give guidance around the diet specifics, and while I do enjoy cooking and baking, I just can't keep up. We believe both our children will benefit from this drastic diet change, or at least that it is worth trying. And to be honest I'm a bit intimidated to even start - I think having a cook would help me through this early phase as well! I would love two meals per day if possible plus snacks/desserts for the kids. And they can be prepped/cooked in your own home if preffered.
