I graduated culinary school in 1995, I later went back to become the youngest executive chef of the program I graduated from. I I have cooked in good neighborhood places to table cloth service. I loved doing both. I have three years of cooing in Glatt kosher cuisine. As a bonus while i wash the executive chef of a well know Japanese sushi restaurant, my boss took me to japan were we travel for two weeks, I stayed in hotels and small villages took classes , studied and cooked. Visited the homes of the families of the people we sponsor to come over and work. we were written up in a local magazine on are journey I offer as a chef to plan , produce and provide my passion for what I do on to others..
