farm to table chef that uses locally sourced/grown ingredients to create simple delicious meals. I've been in kitchens since i was 13 doing odds and ends of everything. I went to Johnson & Wales University where my senior year I interned under BBC famous chef Kevin Dundon on downtown Disney at Raglan Road and their Irish pub. My most recent employment was The Kitchen where we were 80% of everything made in house, it was me running the line and my salad boy doing 60-90 covers a night. House made pastas, bread, sauces, soups, dressings, stocks. I have a passion for food and making people smile.
