I have spent my life on my feet for 10-12 hours a day 6 days a week. I have been focused on creating profit and lowering costs. My concerns have been; food safety, a safe kitchen environment and encouraging people to grow as chefs. I have a talent for getting the best out of people and creating a positive energy work environment. Now is the time for me to share this knowledge with a company that wants to be above the rest.
