Cooking is my passion. I enjoy making others happy through cooking for them! I am a recent graduate of Stratford University with a double major in Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts. I enjoy creating new dishes and desserts as well as preparing traditional meals. I aspire to own an establishment where fresh home grown ingredients are served. I have some experience working as a Personal Chef, Caterer, and Sous Chef. With a focus on private dinning events and weekly meal preparation. I love to mix cultures and make fusion foods like Asian and American or Jamaican and Dominican. I can prepare a variety of dishes which range from American, Latin, Caribbean and whatever you may have a taste for! Kick back and relax while I do all of the cooking.
