I am a Red Seal certified chef from Canada, I have worked in various different restaurants and held every possible position I am very organized, and believe in systems and procedures. My cooking style is European with a focus in Italian and French cuisine. I like to borrow inspiration from Asian cooking, and believe strongly in technical execution. I consider myself creative but also calculated. My biggest strengths are my vast knowledge of restaurants, from cooking, food costing, labour costing, menu design and operations. I am even keel, and have the ability to remain calm and in control in high pressure situations. I consider myself a leader, and choose to lead by example, and hope to pass my knowledge down to those around me to build strong teams, and create new leaders among them.
