After almost 20 years of progressive “hands on” experience in food service, I am reviewing new possibilities in southwest Florida where my abilities can be utilized fully. As stated above, I am an honorable and dedicated family man as well a extremely hard working Executive Chef. I am also a passionate and personable leader that is eager for the opportunity to excel in a dynamic company and very interested in having an opportunity to sit down and discuss your organization. I have had the fortune to have worked in and experienced all aspects of Food and Beverage culinary such as independent run restaurants, all outlets of luxury hotels and eventually exclusive country clubs. My friendly, open minded, and “live life and love to laugh” attitude is really hard to be viewed in just a few words on paper, but certainly will be apparent in an interview.
