I have 25 years experience in the Taos market and run some of the best food operations in Taos including Sabroso and The Sagebrush Inn and Conference center. This work experience gives me the ability to locate additional staff and equipment to attend to your group's need. I am flexible and able to create a variety of cuisines and am comfortable working with dietary restrictions. I have the experience to find the best local ingredients. I am glad to direct your party to the best attractions in the area. I have three sons which we have raised here in Taos. So I enjoy children and families.
