A culinary master, professionally trained from India's best culinary school - Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai - I have a passion for bringing the authentic flavors of North India to your table. With over 7 years of experience in the kitchen, I have honed my skills in traditional North Indian cuisine, from spicy curries to succulent tandoori dishes. Born and raised in Chandigarh, I developed a deep love for food at a young age, learning to cook from my grandmother and mother. I can do a variety of Indian dishes - given the number of places I have lived in - from Hyderabadi biryani to Kolkata Mutton curry - from Mumbai's seafood to Konkan delicacies, From rich butter chicken to fluffy naan bread, I love food and creating each dish with care and precision. Over the years, I have also dived deep into other cultures and their best representations - through food. I love experimenting with fusion and I love eating new flavours that mesmerizes my palette - I am happy to share my joy of food with you and take you on a culinary experience!
