I started my love for food growing up in Little Italy of the Bronx and spent a career mastering my craft in some of Manhattan's most iconic restaurant's. Including One if by Land, Two if by Sea & Raoul's in SoHo. Now I work at bringing the experience of a great restaurant to anyone with a dinning table.
I strictly use All Natural products and Organic, Non GMO
and Farm-to-Table are also available. I am not available on Sundays.

So much fun! Chef Nick spent all day at our Air BnB cooking, talking, and answering questions. I'm not going to write a book of all the food he made, but everything was *so good*
He served us something called an amuse bouche and explained, and we all felt like aristocrats haha! Everyone loved the experience and we're definitely doing it again when we come back!

Nicholas did a fantastic job cooking a 4 course meal for my fathers 80th Birthday celebration. He provided us a lot of flexibility with various options to accommodate all our different favorite dishes and some dietary restrictions. On top of fabulous tasting food Nicholas was on time, friendly, and a true professional. Highly Recommended!!

We hired Chef Nick for a private dinner for my 40th birthday party in Sedona. Nick was extremely easy to work with in deciding on a menu, he was punctual, courteous, and a lot of fun. Not only did we love his food but we really enjoyed his company and listening to his stories about his life and cooking career.
Most importantly, everything he served us was delicious. He made an incredible five course menu with highlights including crabcakes, tuna tartare, an excellent pasta dish, Bronzino, and crème brûlée for dessert which was just perfect.
The next time we’re in Sedona I will definitely hire Nick again and I’m really glad that I chose him because he made the process very smooth and easy, his prices were very reasonable, and his work was outstanding.
