My experience working with a variety of personal chefs, catering and event companies has helped me to acquire the many skills needed to be a successful private chef. Armed with a discriminating palate myself, I am committed to creating healthy and delicious food from the freshest and most naturally sourced products. Organic, locally sourced and ethically raised when available. I like to keep my menus fresh, varied and never boring. I can also customize any menu to adhere to any dietary restriction: Low Carb,Whole30, Paleo, Ketogenic, Diabetic, Gluten Free and otherwise clean, simple and sophisticated.
