With over 35 yaers in the industry, I have had the opportunity to start up 47 restaurants ( including 5 major chains ). I have also developed recipes and menus for caterers, companies, gyms, school boards and private homes. I am a Caterer, Executive Chef, Restaurant Consultant, Restaurant and Bar Manager and a trounble shooter. I have taught over 3000 employes throughout my career. I am looking for opportunities that will allow me to spend more quality time with my wife of 30 years now that our children are grown up.
