Hi I'm Briley,
I am a young, experienced cook with a love for cooking and baking. My Grandmother instilled a deep love for cooking, spending hours in the kitchen together, pouring over her self written cook book. I have just returned to the US, after spending 2 years in London. It was there I discovered my love for baking. I am looking to showcase my skills that I've learned, and explore different approaches to traditional cuisine.
