Chef in Jersey City, New Jersey

As a trained and experienced Chef with many years in the culinary field I now want to bring it all closer to people's and family's homes. This can be done as a simple service of providing meals or as part of an educative process or both at the same time. I believe in the consumption of naturally grown , unprocessed foods, not tempered with chemicals or artificially laced. Although my career mostly happened in the French bistro setting (La Goulue, Casimir, Les Halles, Marseille NYC, Nice-Matin, Madame Claude) where meat prevails I now totally respect and encourage less or no consumption of meat because of health ,dietary or environmental motivations.
