Hello! Thank you for checking out my page! My name is Alex Hayes and I spent 10 years working at some of the best restaurants in Boston, NYC, Nantucket, and Charleston,SC. Many of these James Beard Award or Michelin Star restaurants. Now being a father and wanting time with my 5 year old, I have taken my skill set to the home. I provide personal chef services for intimate events, dinner parties, cooking classes and even offer custom meal prep services. I have an especially strong background in Japanese, Spanish, Southern, Chinese and Italian food but love cooking everything! I can’t wait to cook for you at your next event!
