Hi there! I'm Taylor and I'd love to be your new gluten-free chef bestie! A little bit about me, I graduated from the University of California Santa Cruz in 2019 with a Bachelor's in legal studies, but I decided against law school in order to pursue my passion for cooking. I attended the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, with a focus in Pastry Arts. I then worked in a gluten-free bakery in San Diego until moving to Cincinnati with my fiancé in the summer of 2021, and I've been the chef at a preschool here since! I specialize in gluten-free and allergen-friendly cuisine and pastry. I am personally gluten-free, and I have many family members who either have celiac or are gluten-sensitive. Additionally, I cater to many students with various food allergies and sensitivities so I take cross-contamination and dietary restrictions very seriously. I love to develop new recipes and cook from the heart. Being a preschool chef, I'm lucky enough to have a job where cooking from the heart is imperative. I plan and set monthly menus, make all the food, budget, source my ingredients, and do food experiments and cooking lessons with the kindergartners. (Which is my favorite part of the job!) I offer kiddo and grown-up friendly meal prep services, dinner party services with optional wine pairings, and specialized baked goods (such as my gluten-free sourdough baguette and my famous banana bread). I love trying new recipes or concepts and I'm open to working with you to make your wildest culinary dreams come true! I'm available: Monday to Friday 5pm-9pm Saturday by appointment only Sunday 11am-7pm
