Chef in Vancouver, British Columbia

I'm a 33 year old cook, graduated culinary school in 2009 and have been making the rounds in vancouver and abbotsford. I've typically worked 2 jobs at a time and as many as 4. I've worked in pubs, diners, casual fine dining and fine dining restaurants, as well as a hospital and care home. I'm passionate, discriminating, and have a good work ethic, certainly have my flaws and weaknesses but possess an analytical mind, that intends to work on those short comings. I want to find a place that challenges me and allows me the opportunity to learn and grow to run a kitchen from the top down. I've had experience as a sous chef supervisor, team leader, and assistant kitchen manager and have always found a role as a leader in almost every kitchen I've been a part of I just want to keep making strides to becoming an executive chef of a restaurant that takes pride in all aspects of product and service.
