I provide in-home personal chef service where I can come into your home & prepare your meals weekly or biweekly, you can also opt for home/office delivery. I love creating foods that remind you of your childhood. After living in Germany for 2 years I fell in love with international cuisine I also cook foods for many different diet lifestyles such as vegan, vegetarian, paleo, Keto, Whole30, Atkins/Carnivore and gluten-free. I have experience working with athletes assisting them with weight loss, weight gain, increasing isometric muscle strength and endurance through our specialty made food, protein shakes and drinks. This helps those that suffer from an injury heal faster and reduce inflammation and pain. I am well versed and enjoy various cuisines such as Middle Eastern, Italian, Caribbean, including Spanish, Haitian, Asian, French and Southern Comfort foods. For me it is all about great tasting food that you will remember, food that is fresh, giving you the best quality food for you and your body.
