I went to LSU in Baton Rouge for culinary arts/sports nutrition and got my degree took me a few years to get it. I have a passion for food I've been cooking since I was 5 because both of my parents worked nights. So I taught myself to cook. I specialize in southern style food but am willing to be taught. I have work in four star restaurants all the way down to little hole in the wall restaurants.
